Troubadour Speciale is a copper coloured ale in the ‘Special Belge’ style. It is a reinvention of the typical Belgian amber session ales of the past, but with more character and flavour.
It has a malty and slightly spicy first taste. The body is light with a touch of caramel, with mild hop bitterness; reminiscent of an English Ale. The finish is crisp and dry, with a pleasant slightly bitter aftertaste.
