Alvinne VACCIN Pack

Alvinne fans rejoice for we have 6 new beers from the Flemish sour brewers.

Inspired by the Covid lockdown earlier in the year, Glenn Castelein has created the VACCIN (Various Ales - Creative, Challenging, Innovative, New) series:

VACCIN 1.0 - Dry-hopped Sour IPA 8% (330ml) - this is the Phi amber sour dry-hopped with Barbe Rouge hops from France.  The hop addition imparts floral and fruity notes of red fruits, strawberry and bubble gum.

VACCIN 2.0 - Flower Sour 6% (330ml) - the blond Omega infused with wild flowers hand foraged by Glenn

VACCIN 2.5 - Blond Session Sour 2.5% (330ml) - a blond low ABV sour beer, dry hopped with 3 different hops

VACCIN 3.0 - Ice Cream Sour 8% (330ml) - described as a 'Peche Melba sour', this amber sour beer has the addition of candi sugar, vanilla and fresh raspberries

VACCIN 4.0 - Fruit Infused Dark Sour 8% (330ml) - the dark sour Sigma is mixed with an infusion of Blood Oranges, Oranges and Coffee Beans

And then the ring-in to make up the 6-pack is:

Phi Smoked Pineapple - Amber sour 8% (330ml) - Phi barrel conditioned with slices of pineapple that were smoked on Davy's small smoker

 

Six new beers.  Six super interesting sours.  None of these will make the monthly beer club packs as there simply wasn't the stock to go around.  So now is your chance to try these crackers!
