Many of you have had the pleasure of tasting Uiltje's Dr Raptor.
It is a really well balanced double IPA, with a good solid malt backbone supporting the lovely hop bitterness and flavour from the hop smorgasbord of Cascade, Simcoe,Mosaic, Nelson-Sauvin, Chinook, Amarillo, Centennial & Citra.
We have a few cartons of this beer left, and the new batch is on the water. This was last years batch and has a best before of September 2019, so we need to move this on before the next container arrives.
Still tasting great (it is Anita's favourite beer at the moment!).
